Bounced Emails

There seems to be a problem with some member email accounts. Per the TERMS of this site, you must have a valid email account. It must match your verified PayPal account to cash out as well. This is the last reminder that will be sent and accounts will start to be deleted as this has been addressed before.
On another note, there seems to be a question regarding "points" on the site. Points may be converted to cash or other advertising utilizing the converter on the account panel.

We are going to have a purchase contest that goes until September 1 at midnight PST. This month, the person who purchases the most will win 10% of all revenue. For example, if there are $50.00 in sales, the winner would get $5.00! Wow... that is pretty good for a PTC site isn't it? All purchases including advertising packages, membership upgrades individual purchase are included in this contest. There are no guarantee of the amount you will be paid as it is based on percentage of sales, BUT you are GUARANTEED to get 10% of all monies brought into the site!
Poland will be removed from the restricted country, temporarily. However, if there are fraudulent accounts/activities they will be added back to the restricted list. The home page and terms will be updated soon, but this change goes into effect immediately August 1st. Poland is now allowed to be paid out as long as they adhere to the site terms and have a verified PayPal account.
It has also been brought to my attention that there are some folks who are STILL putting up the exact same links multiple times. This is seen as fraudulent activity. It appears that it is being done to increase the amount of clicks as to gain more credits. It is also not fair to the referring site that pays for PTP (unless it is set for unique hits) to have to pay for the same person viewing their site multiple times. Anyone caught putting up multiple exact links will have their account deleted. It is ok to promote the same site however such as a PTP link or affiliate page and then a link to the main homepage since they are usually a different link.
Also remember that all ads must be in English! It is NOT ok to put up sites that have few English words or banners that are in English and the rest being in a different language.
And last but not least at all, you may be seeing a lot of different types of advertising and banners on the site. If you see anything that interests you be sure to click on the banner. There is also some that have a search bar on them. I am trying different advertising techniques and programs.

I have been reviewing account information and still clearing out the database. Please update your name on your account. Per the TOS, u must use your own name and valid information. Failure to do so will result in account suspension. Also, I will be deleting all ads that have no credit on them to keep the site running smoothly. If you have ads that you no longer want or need, please ad credits to them or delete them. I will be deleting them April 19th. This will be a continual ongoing process every month. ALSO the following countries have been added to the restricted list. NO NEW SIGNUPS OR PAYMENT IS ALLOWED. Current members from these countries must redeem their balance for ADS ONLY Angola, Burma, Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Balkans, Bosnia & Herzegovina Albania, Macedonia, Serbia (including Kosovo), Zimbabwe, Belarus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan (including Darfur)and Somalia.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY we are no longer accepting members from the following countries due to the large number of auto-bots, multiple accounts and IP's. CHINA, TAIWAN, JAPAN, HONG KONG, SINGAPORE, INDONESIA, THAILAND, PHILIPPINES, MALAYSIA, VIETNAM, ASIA PACIFIC REGION, INDIA, KOREA, ROMANIA, HUNGARY, CHINA REPUBLIC, PAKISTAN. All current members from these countries which are in good standing and who are adhering to the site terms will be allowed to remain members. And for ALL members, if your account is flagged as fraudulent or cheating in ANY way,including rotating IP's, your account will be deleted and all credited amounts forfeited. The terms page will be updated as soon as I return home from work. In addition to these changes, please note that ALL accounts must be PayPal verified prior to receiving payout. If you have an unverified account, you will only be able to redeem site earnings for advertising. If there are any problems or concerns please feel free to contact the ADMIN.

ALL MEMBER WELCOME HOWEVER..... Due to the increased level of frauders, cheaters and bots, effectively immediately, any members from China, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Poland, Brazil, Italy, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Turkey and Hungary must use earnings for ads. No cash payouts will be made to these countries. This site also reserves the right to include additional countries as it sees fit if the need should arise. Anyone who intentionally misleads the admin as to their correct and verifiable country will have their account terminated immediately. In addition, if you are from one of the countries listed above and request cash payout, you will have a warning sent to you. You will have 2 warnings stating that you are in a questionable country therefore you are not eligible for cash payout. The 3rd submission for monetary payment is grounds for account termination. When you are at cashout limit, please contact the admin so that they can help you with the advertising. Thanks for your understanding. Thank you for your understanding and compliance with this new rule. The TOS will be updated shortly, however, this policy is in affect immediately.
