-- Numerous Failed Logins (If you can't login - Please contact me!)
-- Numerous Failed Cheat Tests or Cheat Link Clicks (Results in account suspension!)
-- Multiple sign-ups
-- Rotating IP's with or without the use of programs
-- Masking or hiding your true country or IP address for the purpose of receiving payment from a restricted country
-- Providing false information either to gain referrals or to cheat this program
-- Spamming
-- Adding 1 credit to any ad. Any member who adds less than 10 credits to ANY ad will be suspended from the site. No questions will be asked and the suspension is not up for discussion.
Cheaters are deleted on a daily basis!

Spam
-- We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information
-- Upon joining, you agree to receive periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site

In Addition
-- You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing, newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication
-- Failure to comply to this will result in immediate termination of your account
-- Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately
and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable
for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident

Active & Inactive Members
Definition of an Active Member
-- An Active member logs in to their account at least once a month. This is required to prevent your account from being deleted for inactivity
-- Clicks the advertisers paid ads, banner ads, text ads
-- Participates in the programs activity, such as contests
-- Provided accurate profile information

Definition of an In-Active Member
-- An In-Active member does not login at least once a month
-- Does not click the advertisers paid ads, banner ads, text ads
In-Active accounts are deleted on a daily basis

Advertising Terms
-- This program has the right to remove, reject or ban any advertisement that does not follow these guidelines
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must have realistic payout goals and realistic paid link values!
-- The website must be in English.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
-- All featured ads have a 90 character maximum limit that is scripted into the site. All featured ads must be typed in. Copy and paste is not allowed. Any ads that are non compliant will be deleted from the system and credits returned to your account the first time. If it occurs again, the ad will be deleted and the credits will NOT be returned. A third violation will be grounds for account deletion and forfeiture of all credits and monies.

Delete Your Membership
-- You always have the option to cancel your membership at any time
-- You can cancel your membership in your profile section
-- If you cancel your membership, you will loose any earnings

Relationship of the Parties
You and this program are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you this program
You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program

Limitation of Liability
This Program will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities,
or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising
out of or related to this Agreement

Subject to change
The terms in this agreement are subject to change
Changes to these terms are usually done to provide a stable program
A notice will be sent out regarding any changes
If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
